You may sponsor relatives to live in Australia if you are an eligible Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. A formal commitment from up to three persons or an organization to financially assist the relative and any additional family members listed in the application in Australia is required for some Australian Family Visa. Partner Visas
You can apply for a partner visa if you are an eligible person engaged to, in a de facto relationship with, or married to someone. Child Visas

Have a qualifying family or partner who has been a lawful resident of Australia for a reasonable period as a sponsor. Because of their link to the applicant, other family members may also be eligible.
You must not be married or in a de facto relationship.
Be financially reliant on a living relative above 18, or be that person's or their partner's sole remaining relative.
Be of pensionable age in Australia.
Have reassurance that you will be supported.

To be eligible, they must;
Have a kid who is an eligible individual who has been lawfully present in Australia for at least two years before the visa application is submitted.
Have a sponsor on board.
Meet the requirements for a family balancing test. At least half of their children must be legal residents in Australia permanently, or more of their children must be legal residents in Australia permanently than in any other nation. All children of both parents are counted, including stepchildren and adopted children, but not children who have died, been adopted or fostered out, or those who live in a refugee camp or in a country where they are persecuted or subjected to human rights violations and cannot be reunited with their parents. Residents of their last known country of customary residence are deemed children whose whereabouts are unknown or cannot be verified.
Career Visas
If you (or your spouse) have a long-term or chronic medical condition, you (or your spouse) can sponsor a person above 18 to stay in Australia to assist you.
Because of your medical condition, you are unable to care for yourself or manage routine everyday activities.
In Australia, you have no family who can look after you.
Australia's health services will not be able to provide you with the essential care.
